Phase 1: Website Design

The project was taken on as a redesign, with the existing eCommerce website starting to look outdated with sales performance starting to tail off.

Our design is structured to appeal to the different specialist sectors that are the main customer base for our client. The main sectors being incorporated into the main header navigation makes it easy for customers to find their correct products and services designed for them.

The new website showcases their 100% positive feedback and features in top publications to add trust to the brand if a customer is new to the Site.

The overall design keeps to their original brand colours, creating hover effects over tiles and links with their brand colours.

Product pages and the journey to checkout has been simplified to make purchasing quicker, with content better formatted on product pages to show quick product image, pricing, description, and related products. Each of the product pages feature a enquiry form incase users have any questions regarding the products – which often is the case with specialist items like these.

Our categorising structure makes finding the correct products from the shop page easier and quicker with less navigation needed throughout the whole website.
